In a Radio Disney TV spot, a rosy-cheeked family of four sits in its minivan outside a restaurant, unable to cut the engine and go in because they can't stop bopping to the beat. They could as easily have been listening to this disc, which culls the latest and greatest from that über-fun radio destination: With Hilary Duff coming clean (on the opener "Come Clean"), Jesse McCartney crooning in a sweetly life-affirming way on "Because You Live," and Skye Sweetnam and Lindsay Lohan spouting off for the custom ring-toned masses ("Tangled Up in Me" and "Drama Queen"), Jams 7 plays like a special-edition double fold-out teen mag sprung to musical life. If there's a single song to spoil the spunky brew, it's the inescapable "Naked Mole Rat," seemingly lumped in for the benefit of pesky little brothers everywhere.
